CITY OF MALOLOS – The Provincial Government of Bulacan, in partnership with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), is proud to announce the 2024 Singkaban Job Fair for Local Employment organized by the Provincial Public Employment Service Office (PPESO), will provide two thousand job vacancies for Bulakenyo jobseekers.
Taking place on September 13, 2024, at 8:00 a.m., the job fair will be held at the Second Floor Activity Center of WalterMart Shopping Center, located at Km 45 McArthur Highway, Brgy. Longos.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals in the province to connect with potential employers and explore new career opportunities. Jobseekers are encouraged to come prepared with their resumes and dressed professionally.
PPESO Head Engr. Egbert R. Robles said that at least 20 local companies will participate in the job fair where DOLE Bulacan Field Office Director Leilani M. Reynoso is expected to grace the event to give a message along with Governor Daniel R. Fernando and Vice Governor Alexis C. Castro.
He added that they are targeting to hire at least 200 to 300 applicants who are qualified to work in various industries including manufacturing, manpower, financial services, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), among others.
To streamline the process of employment-related services, provincial offices of different national government agencies including the National Bureau of Investigation, Social Security System, Department of Foreign Affairs, Bureau of Internal Revenue, Philippine Statistics Authority, Philippine Health Insurance Corporation, Department of Trade and Industry, Pag-IBIG Fund, DOLE, and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority, will be establishing a One-Stop-Shop of Services (OSSS).
The Job Fair will consist of various components including Employer Booths categorized by Key Employment Growth Sectors, a Hired-on-the-Spot Booth, a DOLE Info Booth, an Employment Counseling Desk, and a Labor Education and Livelihood Desk.
