3 King’s gifts to 1,900 4P’s graduates in Pandi

PANDI, Bulacan—It was a 3 King’s gift to at least 1,900 residents and families in Pandi town who recently graduated from the national government’s Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4P’s) as they were treated to a “Pamaskong Handog” on Jan. 7. 

Mayor Enrico Roquw, Vice Mayor Lui Sebastian and the whole of the municipal council members and other town officials provided them joy and excitement through gifts and raffle prizes including cash prizes through a Pamaskong Handog program held at Amana Resort.  

The 1,900 family members and residents have recentky graduated from 4P’s, a cash distribution program for the considered poorest families in the communities. 

Each family or individual member receives P500 a month or P6,000 a year cash allowance to support the health and nutrition expenses of their household. 

Membership to 4P’s reach a maximum period of 7 years. 

Roque congratulated the graduates as he  acknowledge their dedication and commitments to become more productive partners im community and nation building. 

Roque expressed pride that for the past several years, the 4P’s graduates of Pandi, most of them are parents, had their children earned degrees in colleges and universities and are now employed in different companies. 

“We know, that similar to the previous 4P’s graduates who have proven to be worthy of the government’s cash support program because of the siccess they earned for their families and their children, you will also achive the same success. Congratulations to all of you. Thank you for your commitment to improve the lives of people in the countryside,” Roque addressed them. 

Gov. Daniel Fernando gave each of the 1,900 graduates P500 each worth of cash 3 King’s gift as he and Vice Gov. Alexis Castro also congratulated all of them. 

Fernando acknowledged the Bulacan 4P’s graduates as a testament of the national government’s efforts to help address the needs of the less privileged by providing them immediate help for their everyday lives. 

The governor welcomed and encouraged the new 4P’s graduates particularly the children who have also graduated from colleges and universities to become new micro and small entrepreneurs, government and private workers and employees to far better imptove their lives. 

The social and economic triumphs of the 4P’s he said is a reinforcment of strong families and communtiies in Bulacan.
