Bulacan Gov. Daniel R. Fernando and Vice Gov. Alexis C. Castro award the plaque of recognition from the Provincial Government of Bulacan to DYCI Creatives Team from Bocaue town during the Flag Raising Ceremony recently at The Pavilion in Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center, City of Malolos, Bulacan after the group’s entry in the 5th SINEliksik Bulacan DocuFest entitled “Panaghoy: Mga Piping Sigaw sa Bahay na Pula” was given an Honorable Mention in the Foreign Documentary Category at the Golden FEMI Film Festival, an international film competition that was held in Bulgaria last June 1, 2024.
