Aspiring candidates for the upcoming Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections can now file their Certificates of Candidacy (COCs) conveniently at the ground level, Mall Annex of SM City Baliwag. The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) has tapped SM City Baliwag to serve as the designated venue for COC filing.
