CAMP GEN. ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan-Just more than a week before the May 9 elections, a new police director was assigned in Bulacan.
Police Col. Charlie Cabradilla took the top police post as Acting Police Director of Bulacan on Saturday and replaced also former Acting Police Director Col. Rommel Ochave.
Ochave was reassigned in police region 3 office in Camp Olivas, Pampanga.
Cabradilla who served as former chief of police of Bocaue and City of San Jose del Monte and also as former Deputy Provincial Director for Administration in 2016 vowed police apolitical stance in the 2022 National Local Election.
He also said that he would uphold the police election’s integrity in the whole duration of the election period.
The camp of re-electionist Gov. Daniel Fernando and first congressional district congressional candidate former City of Malolos Mayor Danilo Domingo had been raising complaints of alleged vote buying by some political camps.
