CAMP GEN. ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan–A 51 year old man and his son who are respectively the Top 1 and Top 6 Most Wanted Persons in the provincial level for charges of sexual assault filed by their minor kin were arrested on Monday in City of Meycauayan.
Bulacan police director PCOL Relly Arnedo said the wanted individuals were arrested at around 5:45 p.m. in their house in Barangay Caingin.
The father is facing two counts of sexual assault with P200,000 recommended bail each for victimizing his minor daughter in 2018. The victim’s older brother, then 18 year old, faces one count with similar amount of bail.
The tracker team of City of Meycauayan police under Col. Bernard Pagaduan arrested them based on warrant of arrest issued by Bulacan regional trial court (RTC) Branch 79 Judge Maribel Mariano Beltran on Jan. 27.
Arnedo said the father is the Top 1 and his son is the Top 6 Most Wanted Person in the Provinvial Level. The younger suspect is also the Top 2 Most Wanted Person in City of Meycauayan.
