Research is the creation of new knowledge and the use of existing knowledge in a new and creative way to generate new concepts, methodologies and understandings and Ma. Antonietta A. Ileto a.k.a Mam Nette, a Teacher III of Bagumbayan Elementary School is the living proof of it.
The research aims to determine the effect of utilizing the Reading Intervention Package In Filipino in the reading skills of Grade 1 pupils of Bagumbayan Elementary School in the new normal. The researcher involved the Office of the Barangay Chairman spearheaded by Barangay Chairman Leandro L. Del Rosario with its Barangay Education Committee Coun. Julita Madlangsakay, Coun. Ferdinand Baltazar and SK Chairman Mark Joseph C. Carpio, particularly the councilor in – charge of education and the chairman of the Sangguniang Kabataan. through out- sourcing of goods that were rewarded to the pupils and the parents in appreciation to their participation in the study.
On November 22, 2021 the research was validated by the Division of Bulacan Education Program Specialist Dr. Agnes R. Bernardo and Maribel Perez, Senior Education Program Specialist/Research. The validation took place at the Distict Office of Bulakan under the supervision of Dr. Priscilla SM. Navarro, Distict Supervisor of Bulakan. The research is indeed a successful one and the intervention material has been an instrumental in the development of the oral reading skill of the Grade 1 pupils. Truly, it seems impossible until it’s is done. To God be the glory!
BAES GPTA GIFT GIVING 2021
For it is in giving that we received and the greatest gift are not wrapped in paper but in love. Christmas season is indeed a season of giving.
BAES-GPTA Officers spearheaded by Pres. Analyn B. Bautista held a Christmas Gift-Giving Activity entitled “ Handog Pagmamahal”. The event took place last December 2021, and it was held at the school covered court. The said event catered the Indigent pupils of Bagumbayan Elementary School. BAES School head, Mrs. Jocelyn V. Sunga and the GPTA Officers distributed the grocery packs to the indigent pupils. The smile on every pupils showed excitement and gratefullness upon receiving the gifts The gift-giving was indeed a successful one. Mrs.Analyn Bautista uttered the word of thanks to end the program. he indigent pupils expressed their sincerest thanks and above all to Our Lord for the blessings they have received.
BAES GPTA PROJECT 2021-2022
As one we are just one drop but together, we are an ocean. Teachers Associations is one of the most significantorganization in the school community. The vital role signifiesgood partnership in terms of the implementation of theprograms and projects in the school itself. The associationrevitalizing endeavor of effort to exist the good result of one program. On this part output and outcomes resulted of thesuccess. The school itself could not stand alone without the help of the PTA officials.

Just like so many other PTAs across Bulakan District, Bagumbayan Elementary School Parents Teachers Association (BAES-GPTA) doesn’t let the pandemic slow them down and continued to served the pupils of Bagumbayan Elementary School and build strong working relatonships among parents, teachers and schools. The association had annual implementation plan which outlines exactly to reach the goals for the school year. Projects included are Oras Ko, Alay Ko Sa Brigada Pagbasa,Luntiang Halamanan Ng Baes,Anay Control,Linis Kapaligiran,Handog Pagmamahal, Paint For Fence, Linis Kapaligiran,Baes Signage Upgrade, Covered Court Tiles, Linis Kapaligiran, Sagip Hagdan and Baes CCTV. Almost half of the project was realized and implemented. “Everyone on the association works so well together and they are very communicative and engaging too!” says President Mrs. Analyn B. Bautista. “Most everyone on the board are Homeroom Officers and we are great at bouncing ideas off each other .” Their relationship with their school is just as great too. The school principal Jocelyn Sunga and and our BAES-GPTA Secretary Ma. Antonietta A. Ileto is so accommodating and great to work with. For the association, Every pupils, One Voice! Truly, We are one in Bagumbayan!
