
August 17, 2024, Manila, Philippines – The leadership of the Electric Vehicle Association of the Philippines (EVAP) met with key representatives from the Foreign Trade Service Corps (FTSC) to fortify their longstanding partnership in promoting the Philippine electric vehicle (EV) industry on the global stage. EVAP President Edmund Araga, Chairman Rommel Juan, and Chairman Emeritus Ferdi Raquelsantos held a productive meeting with several FTSC Commercial Counsellors, whose support has been pivotal in advancing EVAP’s international engagements.
The FTSC has been an essential partner for EVAP, providing critical assistance whenever the association visits other countries. The Commercial Counsellors play a vital role in arranging meetings, coordinating logistics, and offering invaluable local knowledge, which enables EVAP to effectively promote the Philippine EV industry abroad.
