That, ALEJANDRO R. GOMEZ, of 93 F. Pascual Street, Bgy. Daang Hari, Navotas City, died intestate on October 28, 1988; That, he left as heirs his widow FLORENCIA C. GOMEZ and children CECILIA G. SALAVARIA, EDMUNDO C. GOMEZ and EDELFLOR G. MARQUITO;
That, he left a 311 sq.m. lot property in Bgy. San Jose Patag, Sta. Maria, Bulacan under TCT No. T- 32.427 (M);
That, all the above mentioned heirs adjudicate unto themselves the said property in proper share with no claim and demand against each other and FLORENCIA C. GOMEZ donating her share to all her three children under Doc. No. 330, Page No. 67, Book No. 14, Series of 2021 through the notarial registry of Atty. Domiciano A. Pagulayan on May 27, 2021 in Balagtas, Bulacan.
