Know All Men By These Presents:
That, AMADO G. SANTOS and wife JUANITA DELOS SANTOS both died intestate respectively on Oct. 7, 1977 and April 28, 2011 respectively;
That they left as heirs PABLO SANTOS, EUSTACIO SANTOS and RAMON SANTOS,
That they left a 202 sq.m. lot property under TCT. No. 040-2016014534 in Barangay Sta. Cruz, Sta. Maria, Bulacan;
That their heirs PABLO SANTOS, EUSTACIO SANTOS AND RAMON SANTOS adjudicate equally unto themselves the said property;
That, they SELL, CONVEY, CEDE and TRANSFER the said lot property to JOAN BALIAD MAKILING, JONA MAKILING STA.ANA, VICTORIA BALIAD MAKILING, JOVY BALIAD MAKILING and JOSIE MAKILING DRIO in the amount of P545,000 under Doc. No. 182, Page No. 38, Book No. 31, Series of 2021 of the Notarial Registry of Atty. Vladimir Mikail Reyes on April 16, 2021 in Sta. Maria, Bulacan.
