Independent candidate, re-electionist First District Board Member Ronina “Mina” Fermin proclaimed on Tuesday as one of the duly elected Bulacan provincial council member in the first district of Bulacan by the Bulacan Provincial Board of Canvassers led by Chairman Mona Aldana Campos, Vice Chairman Ramoncito Bienvenido Ocampo Jr. and member Norma Esteban at The Hiyas Pavilion in City of Malolos.
Fernin is on her last term. She is the wife of former Bulacan First District Board Member and now Bureau of Customs Commissioner Michael Fermin.
