For him, everything that he had achieved in life and all the success that he continues to savor are all God’s gift to him, which he did not dreamt nor asked for.
Similarly, a calling for a next higher position in government is all dependent on God’s will, he said.

“These are all blessings from God which is showered to me unexpectedly. People are asking if I will go for a senate seat in the 2028 election. My answer is I do not know yet. If it is God’s will for me to become a senator, then so be it, but if if is not, it is all God’s will,” he said in his speech.
He thanked the Bulakenyos for the series of runaway victory accorded him in all his candidacies particularly during his vice gubernatorial and gubernatorial bids
The governor also expressed gratitude to all the people of Bulacan who voted for Damayang Filipino Partylist after it failed to secure the votes required to have a seat in congress.
He vowed to continue the projects he initiated for the provincial government on his last three years—the Techno Hub in Malolos, Bulacan rivers dredging and restoration, construction of dams and reservoirs as flood control and irrigation facilities, additional facilities and continued upgrading of services in Bulacan Medical Center, the Farmer’s Productivity Center in Dona Remedios Trinidad (DRT) and several others.
