Fernando personally visits some 136 families that were affected by the onslaught of the southwest monsoon intensified by Tropical Cyclones Crising, Dante, and Emong, with Department of Social Welfare and Development Secretary Rex Gatchalian and Vice Gov. Alexis C. Castro (not in photo), and distributes food packs at the evacuation center in Balagtas Central School, Brgy. Wawa, Balagtas, Bulacan recently.
Some of the affected families who are temporarily seeking shelter at the evacuation center.
