Carmela Reyes-Estrope, (center), Kabesera secretary and publisher and editor-in-chief of NEWSCORE signs the Guest Book of the House of the Philippines (HOP) museum in the International Houses of Nations in Balboa Park, San Diego, California. 

Estrope, also a correspondent of Philippine Daily Inquirer in partnership and collaboration with HOP 2022 Second Vice President Myra Villafana  (on her left) handed as gift, a collection of Bulacan history and heritage books and artifacts to the HOP museum during the Filipino-American History Month celebration on Oct. 19. 

Kabesera, (which means capital or center)
is the history, heritage and cultural group of Bulakan town, being the town’s former capital. 

They were joined by Belle Limoge, left, 2024 HOP First Vice President and Evelyn Morano, right, secretary of the Filipino Cultural Dance Group in San Diego. 

Estrope is also the president and chairperson of the Central Luzon Media-Citizen Council.
