PGB distributes new ambulances to district hospitals and health offices in the province

NEW AMBULANCES FOR BULACAN DISTRICT HOPSITALS AND HEALTH OFFICES. Governor Daniel R. Fernando and Rev. Fr. Trinidad, OIC-Chief of Hospital of Bulacan Medical Center; Dr. Alfredo B. Agmata, Jr., OIC-Chief of Hospital at Felix T. Reyes Memorial Hospital; Dr. Roselle J. Acob, Chief of Hospital at Gregorio del Pilar District Hospital; Dr. Cynthia Basco, OIC Chief of Hospital at Calumpit District Hospital; Dr. Arlan Rosegrace S. Balane-Galicia, OIC-Chief of Hospital at San Miguel District Hospital; Dr. Caesar H. Mejia, OIC-Chief of Hospital at Pandi District Hospital and Dr. Gerardo C. Morales, Chief of Hospital at Emilio G. Perez Memorial District Hospital.

CITY OF MALOLOS – To ensure Bulakenyos’ better access to emergency medical services, the Provincial Government of Bulacan headed by Governor Daniel R. Fernando led the ceremonial turnover of 10 ambulances to various district hospitals and health offices in the province at the Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center here last Tuesday.

Among the recipients of the new ambulances purchased by the PGB were Bulacan Medical Center, Baliuag District Hospital, Emilio G. Perez Memorial District Hospital in Hagonoy town, Gregorio del Pilar District Hospital in Bulakan, Rogaciano M. Mercado Memorial Hospital in Santa Maria, San Miguel District Hospital; Pandi District Hospital, Provincial Health Office-Public Health; while the Felix T. Reyes Memorial Hospital at Brgy. Pamarawan, City of Malolos and Calumpit District Hospital each received the recent refurbished ambulances from the delegates of Gyeonggi Province, South Korea.

Fernando assured the public that the PGB will continue its efforts in upgrading hospital facilities and medical equipment to meet the rising healthcare demands of the province.

“Ang pagkakaloob ng mga bagong ambulansya sa ating mga district hospital ay bahagi ng ating walang humpay na pagsusumikap na tiyakin ang mabilis at maayos na paghatid ng serbisyong medikal, lalo na sa oras ng mga emergency. Sana po ay pag-ingatan natin ang mga ito,” the governor said. The event concluded with a ceremonial blessing of the ambulances, symbolizing the readiness of the vehicles to serve the Bulakenyos.
