The magic of Christmas has arrived early for Bulakenyos as SM City Marilao unveils its captivating Christmas centerpiece, officially ushering in the holiday season.
To mark the celebration, SM City Marilao invites shoppers to play with Santa while exploring their dazzling Christmas attraction. Highlighted by a towering 30-foot Christmas tree, the centerpiece brings spotlight to the Yuletide season’s iconic symbol—a 15-foot Santa Claus that will delight shoppers young and old.
Located at the ground level, Mall Atrium, the SM City Marilao’s centerpiece is crafted with LED cubes and flooring, infused with hundreds of lights in a symphony of colors, while the classic gift boxes surrounding the attraction perfectly define the festive season.
“This Christmas, we invite you to treat SM as your second home. Moreover, we encourage everyone to reflect on the true meaning of this season. Christmas is more than just a day marked on the calendar; it is a beautiful reminder of love, hope, and the joy that comes from giving,” shares SM City Marilao Mall Manager Engr. Emmanuel Gatmaitan.
In line with the launch of the holiday centerpiece, SM’s annual tradition of the Bears of Joy to keep and collect also begins at SM City Marilao. This year, SM Cares introduces the Hug-A-Mood collection—adorable plush toys that reflect every kid’s emotion, making them the perfect gift for the season. For every two pieces of bear purchased, one will be given to a community charity. This year, Bears of Joy will be donated to the beneficiaries of St. Martin of Tours Parish in Bocaue, Bulacan, on Christmas.
Christmas will be a lot merrier as two more centerpieces are set to be unveiled on the remaining days of October at SM. The Santa’s Magical Dreamland at SM City Baliwag and Royal Christmas at SM Center Pulilan are other attractions to look forward to in Bulacan this holiday season.
