SOON TO RISE FOR SAN RAFAELENYOS

President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. and Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar lead the capsule laying of San Rafael Heights Development Project, a modern socialized housing project by the Marcos administration, designed and developed by First Dynabloc Construction and Development Corporation, during the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino Housing (4PH) Project in Brgy. Caingin, San Rafael, Bulacan this afternoon. With them are (second from right) San Rafael Mayor Mark Cholo I. Violago and Bulacan Vice Gov. Alexis C. Castro.
