The Social Security System (SSS) Luzon Central 2 Division announced that SSS branch offices in Bulacan, Pampanga, and Olongapo will continue to operate on regular business hours to serve members, pensioners, and claimants, despite the implementation of a new flexible work arrangement last June 3, 2024.

SSS Vice President for Luzon Central 2 Division Gloria Corazon M. Andrada said that although the SSS corporate offices in Quezon City and Makati City adopted a one-day work-from-home and four-day work-in-office schedule, all SSS branch offices nationwide including those under Luzon Central 2 Division remained open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Andrada assured that the modified work schedule will not disrupt the operations of the 10 branches in Luzon Central 2.

She emphasized that all branch offices will continue to accept various SSS transactions, including tellering services in offices with tellering facilities.

“Members are advised to follow the number coding scheme when visiting our branch offices to avoid congestion inside the SSS offices. Under the said scheme, members can conduct their SSS transactions based on the day assigned to the last digit of their SS number,” Andrada added.

Andrada encouraged members and claimants to utilize the My.SSS Portal for their online transactions, such as filing of benefit claims and loan applications.

“Members can conveniently pay their monthly contributions and loan amortizations via over the counter and online through SSS-accredited bank and non-bank collecting partners. These alternative methods ensure that our services remain accessible and uninterrupted,” she noted.
