Fernando holds the two Plaques of Achievement of the Province of Bulacan for being the Top 1 among all provinces in Central Luzon in obtaining the Highest Nominal Locally Sourced Revenue of P3,237,800,946.86 and Top 3 for obtaining a 12% Year Growth in Locally Sourced Revenues for the year 2020 and 2021 given by the Department of Finance-Bureau of Local Government Finance Region 3 at the Subic Grand Harbour Hotel, Subic, Zambales recently.
