Castro also handed some cash support for the medicines of Arnold Gatdula, 47 from Barangay Sta. Cruz.

The vice governor has just returned home from visiting his sick brother abroad.

He also gave words of encouragement to Gatdula and his kin who takes care of him.  Gatdula first suffered the disease seven years ago when he was 39 years old.

Dystonia is a neurological movement disorder characterized by involuntary (unintended) muscle contractions that cause slow repetitive movements or abnormal postures that can sometimes be painful.

Gatdula had earlier sought the help of Bulacan-based TSO TV (social media) of couple Theofel Santos and Lalaine Santos.
