CAMP GEN. ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan-An 18-year old young man was arrested by the police for alarm and scandal after he taunted people on the street in their place in Norzagaray on Saturday.

Norzagaray chief of police Col. Lynelle Solomon said the suspect is a resident of Barangay Bagong Pag-asa in Quezon City.

Responding elements of the town police station arrested him in the NHV area in Barangay Bitungol after he started acting wild by shouting in the street and disrupting his neighbors.

Alarmed and frightened, the residents called the police and reported the incident.

Solomon told NEWS CORE that the suspect had an earlier heated argument with his live-in partner.

Confiscated from him was a cal. 38 Armscor firearm loaded with 1 live and 1 fired cartridge case.

An appropriate criminal complaint is being prepared for filing against him at the Bulacan Prosecutors Office.

The Bulacan PNP assures the public that they are safeguarded against these groups or individuals that escalate fear and violence within their community.
