PULILAN, Bulacan–Another 24-hour convenience store robbery hold-up suspect was killed by the police during hot pursuit operation in this town on Wednesday.
Bulacan Police Director Colonel Charlie Cabradilla identified the killed suspect as Brian Victorino, 25, from Barangay Longos this town and alleged member of Serrano Criminal Gang involve in robbery and stealing of motorcycles in many areas in Bulacan.
A hot pursuit police operation at about 11:00 p.m. in Barangay Lumbac led to his killing after the lawmen returned his fires.
At gun point at about 9:00 p.m. the suspect held-up Jake Bautista, 21, from Barangay Tabang, Plaridel in front of Alfa Mart in Barangay Taal and took his parked NMAX motorcycle with plate no. 837-DNI including cash money. Bautista parked his motorcycle to buy something from the convenience store. Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) footages guided the police on the suspect’s tracks.
Police recovered a .45 calibre pistol, P1,570 worth cash, 5 sachets of shabu worth P136,000, empty shells of unknown firearm and the said motorcycle.
Two robbery hold-up suspects who took the day’s sales of Alfa Mart branches in Paombong town and in Barangay Sumapa in this city last month were also killed after trading shots with the lawmen during similar police hot pursuit operations.
