CITY OF MALOLOS–With currently three branches in Bulacan and will have two more in 2023, undoubtedly, Builders Warehouse is a staunch partner of Bulacan as the game changer province in the country today in rapid development and economic growth. 

On Thursday, Builders Warehouse  held its first ever Builders Summit with construction industry members–contractors, architects, furniture makers and key influencers in the construction and building sector in Bulacan to further strengthen their continued partnership as the construction business in the province make waves despite the more than two years pandemic. 

The summit also launched Builders Warehouse “Ka Builder” program which aims to unite the said partner groups and other key stakeholders to build a strong professional network that would help boost the local economy. 

Architects and contractors were presented with new products and choices by managers and heads of different branded supply materials and industry manufacturers. 

With the store’s mission to have happy customers, employers and stakeholders, Builders Warehouse also relaunched its Builders Club Reward which provide discounts, perks and points. The Builders Club is one way of establishing a good professional and business relationship and network with the firm’s stakeholders.

The construction supply store chain owned by Racal Holdings Corporation headed by its president Jed Racal started the Builders Warehouse in 2018 when the construction and building industry in the country had once again rapidly made its growth. The branch openings had provided jobs to people particularly the fresh graduates. Its first store was in Dau, Mabalacat, Pampanga. 

Since then, five more stores were put up and opened which are all One Stop Shop of building materials and furnishing according to Jude Gregorio, one of Builders Warehouse managers.

The Do It Yourself (DIY) Builders Warehouse stores similar to its competitors is unique compare with other similar construction and building shops because it also has furniture and appliances and the Every Minute supermarket section. 

Today, Builders Warehouse has six branches three of them are in Bulacan–Malolos, Guiguinto and City of San Jose del Monte.

It also operates in Novaliches,  Quezon City and in Tagaytay and will open this year its newest branch in Langkaan, Dasmariñas, Cavite. 

Gregorio was happy to share that Malolos branch which was built in 2019 is the second strongest and largest store after Tagaytay. 

Gregorio said Norzagaray branch, the cement producing town of Bulacan will be opened next year including in gravel and sand and filling materials soure Angat town. 

The three stores in Bulacan which will become five next year signify Bulacan’s distinction today as the center of development and robust growth in building and construction industry in the Luzon.
