Fermin celebrates victory and thanksgiving in Pulilan carabao feast

Newly re-elected Bulacan First District Board Member Romina “Mina” Fermin (seated right) joined the Wednesday’s celebration of the kneeling carabao festival in Pulilan on the Feast of San Isidro Labrador in thanksgiving to the patron saint and the people of the town for her victory in the Monday’s election. 

Fernin champions the women rights, culture, toursim, health and education in the provincial council. 

She is also in full gratitude for the all year abundant blessings of her family, the people of Pulilan and the whole first district of Bulacan. Photo and video by Carmela Reyes-Estrope
