CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga—Police Regional Office 3 joined the entire Philippine National Police in the observance of the 30th PNP Ethics Day with the Theme: “Serbisyong may Pagkakaisa, Integridad at Kasanayan tungo sa Mapayapa at Maunlad na Pamayanan” coinciding with the Monday Flag Raising Ceremony held at the PRO3 Parade Ground in this camp.

Regional Trial Court of Angeles City, Branch 58 Presiding Judge Irineo Pineda Pangilinan Jr. was the Guest of Honor and Speaker during the activity wherein he emphasized the importance of the Criminal Justice System and the roles of each pillar in maintaining peace and order as well as in advancing justice to the society. 

The highlight of the celebration is the presentation of awards to top PRO3 personnel with Good Deeds, operational accomplishments and Best City and Municipal Police Stations by Hon Pangilinan Jr. assisted by PBGen Benjamin Sembrano, PRO3 Deputy Regional Director for Administration.

The celebration of PNP Ethics Week is part of the PNP Code of Professional Conduct and Ethical Standards, which outlines the moral and ethical principles that all PNP personnel are expected to adhere to.

The code serves as a guide for PNP members in making decisions and performing their duties in accordance with the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
