CAMP GEN. ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan—Region, provincial and city levels top Most Wanted Persons (MWP) fell into hands of the law following a series of arrest operations made by the Bulacan police over the weekends.

Bulacan Police Director Col. Relly Arnedo said his men captured the Top 10 Most Wanted Person in the region, the Top 3 Most Wanted Person in the Provincial Level and also the Top 10 Most Wanted Person in City Level including 13 other Wanted Persons.

Arnedo said a manhunt operation conducted by the tracker team of Norzagaray police together with Bulacan Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU) resulted in the arrest of the Top 10 most wanted person (regional level) for the crime of acts of lasciviousness. The wanted person was nabbed at Matictic, Norzagaray town by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by RTC, Br. 6 Sta. Maria, Bulacan, dated December 12, 2023.

Similarly, tracker team of Hagonoy police, together with Bulacan PIU and Regional Intelligence Unit (RIU) 3 arrested the Top 3 Most Wanted (Provincial Level) and the Top 2 Most Wanted Person (City Level) for the crime of estafa (2 cases) at San Vicente, Paombong by virtue of warrant issued by RTC Br. 52 Puerto Princesa, Palawan, and RTC Br 36 Cariagara, Leyte.

Meanwhile, tracker team of Plaridel police arrested the Top 10 Most Wanted Person (City Level) for qualified theft at Poblacion, Plaridel, with a warrant issued by RTC Br 79 Binangonan, Rizal dated April 8, 2022.

In addition, tracker teams from San Ildefonso, City of Meycauayan, City of San Jose del Monte, Sta. Maria, City of Malolos, Marilao, Bulakan Police Station, 1st and 2nd Bulacan Provincial Mobile Force Company and Bulacan PIU arrested thirteen (13) wanted persons for crimes of estafa, qualified theft, homicide, theft, statutory rape, unjust vexation, and violation of R.A. 9262 and acts of lasciviousness. All the arrested accused are presently under the custody of the arresting unit or station for proper disposition.
